     A lo largo de la historia humana siempre  ha habido un rasgo de unidad que nos ha hecho sobrevivir y cambiar el medio para progresar, ese lazo ha sido la comunidad, la sociedad.

     Todo lo que tenemos lo hemos organizado a través de conjuntos y circunferencias. Estas formaciones se realizan en torno a un centro y su alrededor , la periferia. Esta no deja de ser una parte del conjunto, aunque no le demos importancia, forma parte de la red complejamente creada, no deja de ser imprescindible para su funcionamiento.

    La periferia siempre ha sido el suburbio. El arrabal situado extramuros, indefensa, en el limite. En la actualidad se debate entre el abandono y la lucha de crear bienestar. De lugar de población de aluvión ha pasado a creador de un nuevo centro, con otra nueva periferia. La evolución para seguir progresando.

    Cual rosa de los vientos marcando las direcciones de un viaje, de un viaje de fuera adentro. Una mirada en la distancia , desde el límite, desde la linea que marca la periferia. Ese lugar abandonado, ese cinturón industrial, ese referente residencial entretejido con las redes de comunicación y servicio mirando siempre al centro.

   La periferia ese lugar de lucha y de intento de progresar donde se buscan espacios mas cómodos, un lugar donde la sociedad se hace mas madura.

From outside to inside. 2010

Everything we have we have organized through sets and circumferences. These formations are made around a center and its surroundings, the periphery. This does not stop being a part of the set, although we do not give importance to it, it is part of the complex network created, it is still essential for its operation.

The periphery has always been the suburb. The suburb located outside the walls, defenseless, in the limit. Currently there is a debate between abandonment and the struggle to create well-being. From place of population of alluvium has happened to creator of a new center, with another new periphery. The evolution to keep progressing.

Like a compass rose marking the directions of a trip, of a trip from outside in. A look at the distance, from the limit, from the line that marks the periphery. That abandoned place, that industrial belt, that residential reference interwoven with the communication and service networks, always looking at the center.

The periphery that place of struggle and attempt to progress where more comfortable spaces are sought, a place where society becomes more mature.
